How it works

If they're interested, you make a warm introduction to GuestSence.

GuestSence handles the 14-day trial and everything after the introduction.
If the restaurant becomes a paying customer, your referral is credited and the applicable commission is paid under the Partner Agreement.

Clear records from introduction to payout
Approved Partners receive access to a private GuestSence Partner Dashboard. When a referred restaurant is linked to a Partner account, the Partner will be able to see relevant referral progress.

Partners do not receive access to guest feedback, customer personal data or the restaurant's private Merchant workspace.
Payment
Fast, documented payouts
Once a qualifying restaurant payment clears and is confirmed by GuestSence, the applicable commission becomes earned.
GuestSence pays earned partner commissions within 2 business days, subject to the written Partner Agreement.
For each payout, the Partner chooses Wise, PayPal or bank transfer.
Payout details
The 2-business-day due date excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
Every completed payout records its paid date, method and external transaction reference.
Paid means GuestSence has sent or completed the external transfer; provider settlement may still take time.
Attribution
Your referrals stay attributed to you
When a valid referral is registered, the referral is attributed to that Partner for 90 days.
If that restaurant becomes a paid GuestSence customer during the protection period, the qualifying commission belongs to the original Partner under the written Partner Agreement.
Partners receive a system record and timestamp for registered referrals.
